Hello! I'm so behind on my blog and I apologize. I just got to a place in my pregnancy where I just felt like poo all of the time and there was no use blogging about it. I'm now starting to feel normal and have more energy and I feel like it's life changing! I still get a little sick in the mornings or in the middle of the night but other than that I'm doing great. I'm officially in my 2nd trimester, yay! It's a good feeling to be out of the "probabtionary" pregnancy period. I'm showing more and more now which is cute although I have lost 10 pounds total so far. My doctor put me back on the zofran and told me to use in moderation, which that works out great. We are progressing and moving right along. I just keep getting more excited, I can wait to see my baby.
So we had our 12 week exam 2 weeks ago and the doctor said he is 95% sure we are having a GIRL!! We are so excited and if she is in fact a girl we are naming her Kaitlyn McKenzie Estrada. We would be as excited if she ends up a he as well, I'm not picky, I just want a healthy baby, be it boy or girl! We will have another sonogram at either 18 or 20 weeks to confirm the sex. After that it's shopping time.
We are extremely blessed and I'm in awe of God and his works daily. We have been extremely blessed with a large refund, so much so that it will cover all of the babies furniture, bedding and then some. We wouldnt have to touch our savings. Also my husband and I have been wanting and SUV for a long time and with the baby on the way we know it's even more crucial. So this past Saturday we found a great deal on a Volvo XC90, silver (my favorite color), 7 passenger, leather interior, fully loaded and we purchased it. Now Jair has his Volvo and I have my Volvo SUV, it will fit our growing family perfectly! I feel so extremely blessed for everything.
Well I can't believe how time is flying! Next week I will be at week 15, pretty soon she'll be here! Meanwhile I'm just growing, literally and enjoying life.
